1. Where can you deliver?
We can deliver to the 14 Major Cities of Metro Manila (Quezon City, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Marikina, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, Paranaque, Taguig, Pasay, Manila, Las Pinas) Just input your address before checkout to see the delivery charge applicable for your location.
2. Is there a minimum amount for delivery?
No, but we do charge a delivery fee depending on the distance. Please enter your address upon checking out your cart to see delivery charge applicable in your area.
3. When can I expect to receive my order? Do you have same-day delivery?
Our stores will receive your order real-time after you checkout your cart, within store hours. Our store personnel will call or send an sms to confirm your order. Orders placed after store hours will be processed on the next day. Order cut off is 30 minutes before our closing hours. Please see store hours for our branches in the "Branches" Section.
4. Can i order in advance?
Yes, you can! Just indicate your preferred date and time under "Add notes to order" before checking out your cart and our branch representative will contact you to confirm schedule.
5. How do I communicate my special requests?
Just type your special requests in the space marked "Add notes to order" and our branch will receive your special requests.
6. Does your frozen dimsums include chili sauce and other condiments?
Yes! All Frozen Items include condiments already.
7. Can i order additional chili sauce?
Yes! We now sell chili sauce packed in microwavable containers. Just check prices in our menu under Frozen Dimsums category.
8. Is your Dimsum Happy Hour applicable to delivery or online ordering?

9. How do I check your current promos?
Just go to search bar and type "Promos" to view all our current promos, or simply scroll to the bottom of our first page.
10. How do I get a discount/promo code?

11. How do I avail the Discount/Promo Code?
Go to your cart, fill in all your details, click on checkout and you will be directed to the information page. On the uppermost part of the page, click on "Show Order Summary" and you will see your orders as well as the discount code bar. Just input the discount code on the bar, click apply and proceed completing your order.
12. How come my discount/ promo code is rejected?
- Code is expired.
- Wrong code/ typo
- We have exceeded the maximum number of redemption specified in our Promo Mechanics.

13. Is Senior Citizen and PWD discount available for delivery or online orders?
As per Implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 9994, also known as the "expanded senior citizens act of 2010," an act granting additional benefits and privileges to senior citizens, further amending Republic Act No. 7432 of 1992 as amended by Republic Act No. 9257 of 2003 SECTION 3 (f) “The 20% discount shall apply to Take-Out/Take-Home/Drive-Thru orders as long as it is the senior citizen himself/herself who is present and personally ordering, and he/she can show a valid senior citizen ID card.”
We will happily accommodate your Senior Citizen/PWD Discount privileges in store. In keeping with our terms and conditions of pre-paying for all orders, and the above clause, the discount cannot be given via the e-commerce platform. The senior citizen or PWD may order and pay via cash, credit card, Gcash or Bank Deposit in store.
