Return Policy

Our policy lasts 24 hours for cooked items and 48hrs for Frozen goods. If it's already beyond the time limit since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items eligible for return include:
1. Incorrect item received
2. Damaged items due to mishandling of store or in-house rider (3rd party delivery couriers booked by the customer not included)
3. Inedible items due to restaurant mishandling

To complete your return, we require the following:
1. Receipt or proof of purchase;
2. The order code you received from the order confirmation text or email we sent you;
3. A photo of the item and a full description of your issue with the item

You may email your return request at kingchefonline@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN REQUEST" or message us on Facebook at fb.com/kingchefph. Once reviewed, we will contact you to inform you if your item is eligible or not for a refund or replacement.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned and has surpassed 24hrs for cooked items or 48hrs for frozen goods, but is still eligible for refund after careful consideration of customer concern.

REFUND POLICY FOR RETURNED GOODS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed. If you paid via Debit Card, Credit Card or Paymaya, a refund will be requested from Paymaya and will be applied to your card's bank. Refund process may take a certain amount of days.

If you paid via cash or bank transfer, we might contact you for further details in order to transfer back the payment.

REFUND POLICY FOR NO-SHOW OR MISSING ITEMS

If in case your order did not reach you or you did not receive a number of items from your order, please send us the following so we can process your refund immediately:

1. Receipt or proof of purchase;
2. The order code you received from the order confirmation text or email we sent you;

3. A detailed description of the issue with attachments as proof, if any (ex. list of missing items, communication of store and customer, etc.)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
